By using our website, you agree to be bound by XOR UAE Terms & Conditions, as stated below. XOR reserves the right to, from time to time, change these Terms at its sole discretion. By using this Site after any such change, you agree to comply with and be bound by, the Terms as changed.
شروط وأحكام مهمة:
- الجهاز محمي برمز تفعيل يستعمل لتفعيل الجهاز موجود على بطاقة التفعيل داخل علبة الجهاز.
- في حال خدش البطاقة وتشغيل الجهاز, لم يعد الجهاز جديد ولايمكن تغييرأوإرجاع الهاتف.
- يمكن للعميل إعادة الجهاز إذا لم يتم خدش بطاقة التفعيل ولم يتم تشغيل الجهاز وعدم تعرض الصندوق للتلف خلال مدة 7 أيام و سيتم خصم 30 بالمائةفي حالة اعادة الجهاز خلال فترة 30 يوم من تاريخ الشراء.
- تعتمد هذه النسبة المئوية على الفترة الزمنية التي سيعود فيها العميل بعد 30 يومًا ، يرجى الاستفسار من إدارة الشركة أثناء الزيارة أو قبلها لإعادة جهاز.
- الجهاز يتمتع بضمان لمدة عامين ، في حالة وجود أي مشكلة بالجهاز (باستثناء أضرار المياه ، الحريق ، الحروق الكهربائية ذات الجهد العالي ، الكسر) ، يمكنك الاتصال بالشركة لتكون مؤهلاً للحصول على الضمان. سيتم استبدال الاجزاء المتضرره في الجهاز والاصلاح من قبل الشركة وفي حال استمرار العطل في الجهاز بعد استبدال القطع ستقوم الشركه باستبدال الجهاز.
- سيستغرق إرسال الجهاز لقسم الصيانة بين 15 الى30 يوم عمل, للحصول على تقرير للتأكد من أنه قابلل للاصلاح او التبديل أو خارج الضمان.
- الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي فقدان للجهاز لأنه آمن ، سيكون العميل مسؤولاً عن فقدان كلمة مرورالجهاز لعدم امكانية تغيير الكلمه او اعادة الضبط وبذلك يكون الحل المتاح عن طريق ارسال الجهاز للشركه لاستبدال اللوحه الداخليه بتكلفه 6500 درهم.
- نحن لا نقبل أي من منتجات XOR لأي نوع من الخدمات التي يتم شراؤها من أي متجر آخر غير مصرح به ، الخدمة مؤهلة فقط لمن اشترى من متجر XOR في مركز دبي المالي العالمي.
Important terms and conditions:
- The device is secure with a scratch security pin code used to active the phone. (Including in the box)
- When the card scratch and phone turn on, the device no longer brand new and there is no change or return.
- Customer are able to return the device if the activation card is not scratched, device is un touch and box are not damage between 7 days.
- Company will deduct 30% for returning the XOR Device within 30 days from purchasing date.
- This percentage depends on the period of the time when customer will return after the 30 days, please ask from company management during or before visiting to return the XOR device.
- The Device has 2 Years Warranty, in case there is any issue with the device (except water damage, fire, electric high voltage burns and broke), customer can contact company to be eligible for warranty and send to XOR maintenance department to get a report if device can fix, replace or out of warranty. It will take 15 to 30 working days.
- The device damage part will be change and if still issue not resolve then the device will be replaced by company.
- The Company is not responsible for any loss of the device because it is secure, Customer will be responsible for forgetting his device password because it is not able to unlock or reset, the device has to send in XOR company to change mainboard and it will cost AED 6,500 dirhams.
- We are not accepting any XOR products for any kind of service which is bought from any other un- authorized store, service is only eligible who purchased from XOR store in DIFC.
The following products are subject to a special limited warranty period:
Customers can return their XOR handset to XOR store for all general repair and maintenance needs, regardless of warranty cover. Alternatively, we offer a dedicated XOR Customer Service contact number for further help and information. XOR offers a 24-month United Arab Emirates warranty on all brand-new handsets.
- Two (2) years warranty from date of invoice for brand new XOR handsets.
Any product believed to be defective must be claimed to the authorized dealer or retailer where the item has been originally purchased. products covered by this warranty may not be returned without prior written authorization from XOR authorized dealer or retailer.
XOR REPAIR SERVICE AND RETURN
- All XOR handset has to be ship in XOR Head office UK for all kind of repair service the event, the device has to be sent to a higher level of repairs it would take 15 to 30 working days.
- On completion of the repair, the customer will be notified by Call or SMS.
- Please Contact Within 24 Hours if the product is not functionally working.
- We can are also able to deliver your product on request after service.
- IMPORTANT NOTE
- Please collect back your product within 7 days.
- You have to inform us earlier if delay so we can schedule a new date of collection.
- If you are not able to collect by yourself whenever service is complete or reject, you have to inform us via call with identification in case any other person is coming for collection.
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customized products and gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Or item that is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customized products and gift cards are exempt from being exchanged.
A product can only be replaced with another product of equal or lesser amount. If you want to change to a product with a higher price, we ask you to return the initial order for a refund and place a separate order with the desired product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
1.1. The prices of the Products are indicated on the XOR Website in AED. Delivery costs could be added to the price of the Products and are indicated separately on the order form.
1.2. XOR Weekly verifies that all the prices displayed on the Website are correct, however, cannot guarantee the absence of errors. In the event that an error in the pricing of a Product is detected, XOR shall offer the Client the opportunity to purchase the Product at the correct price or to cancel the order.
3.1. The essential characteristics and the price of each Product are provided for each Product displayed on the Website.
3.3. If Clients need to correct any errors in data they have entered, they should follow the process provided on the XOR’s Website, before sending their order proposal. In particular, Clients may alter the quantity of Products that they intend to purchase by adding or removing one or more Products from their “shopping bag”.
3.4. By sending an order proposal to XOR, the Client acknowledges and declares that (s)he has read all the instructions provided during the purchase procedure and fully accepts these General Conditions.
4. METHOD OF PAYMENT
4.1. PayPal and Visa are debited before items are shipped or before services are activated by XOR.
5.1. All prices shown on the XOR website, http://www.xorinc.ae, are included VAT.
5.2. Please note that in case of an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the UAE, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that XOR has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, XOR cannot predict their amount. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.
6. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
6.1. We will ship to your PayPal or Payment Card registered address ONLY. Any requests or payments made to an alternative address will NOT be shipped. Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes and/or customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
6.2. US & EU Customers
Due to the XOR Middle east policy, US & European Customer can buy directly from UK Website http://www.xorinc.uk
All items will have to be signed for. We send items as soon as possible and we are not responsible for delivery times once shipped. Tracking code/reference will be given to the customer to track their item(s).
6.3. International Delivery with FedEx Express or DHL Express. For full insurance please contact us for a quotation.
6.4. Damaged packages. If any delivery of a products contents appear to be damaged, the package MUST be signed for as ‘damaged’ and we must be notified immediately. Failure to do so will invalidate shipping insurance claims and we will not be liable for the damage.
7. INVALIDITY OF THE ORDER PROPOSAL
7.1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 6 above, no order proposal shall be considered as accepted by XOR nor shall any contract be concluded between XOR and the Client if XOR has reasonable reason to believe that the Client:
(i) intends to purchase the Products for commercial or professional purposes;
(ii) is not a bonafide Client; or
(iii) attempts to exercise a right of cancellation in any illegitimate manner.
7.2. In such cases, the order proposal sent by the Client shall be void and have no effect. XOR shall notify the Client, by email, non-acceptance of the order proposal and the failure to conclude the contract and shall also cancel any debit and/or charge against the Client.
8.TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
8.1. In case of payment by bank transfer, deliveries shall be sent once the transfer has been received in cleared funds by XOR.
8.2. Delivery charges shall be borne by the Client and are indicated separately on the order form and invoice.
8.3. All purchases shall be delivered by a selected courier service (e.g. FedEx Express or DHL Express) (hereinafter, “Courier”) between Monday and Friday excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays, from the day following that of the confirmation of acceptance of the order proposal, on the basis of the indicated availability. XOR is not responsible for delays that are unforeseeable and/or attributable exclusively to the Courier.
8.4. In all cases, except those of force unforeseeable circumstances the Products shall be delivered within 30 (thirty) days from the day following that of the contract conclusions per Paragraph 6.1 above, unless XOR notifies the Client, including by email, within the same term or by the last date agreed for delivery, of the ordered Products being unavailable, including temporarily unavailable. In this event, XOR shall reimburse any sums paid by the Client in respect of the order.
8.5. The Client or his/her nominated representative must be present at the delivery address indicated on the order for delivery of the Products. At the time of delivery of the Products by the Courier, the Client is required to verify:
(i) that the number of items being delivered corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note; and
(ii) that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any manner. Any damages to the packaging and/or the Product, or discrepancies in the number of items or documentation must be immediately indicated in writing on the Courier’s delivery note. Once the Courier’s document has been signed and no objection has been raised by the Client, the Client may not make any objection to the exterior characteristics of the consigned parcel.
9. DISPATCHING AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
XOR shall send the Client a confirmation email once the Products are dispatched and a further communication once the Products have been delivered.
10. WRAPPING OR PACKAGING
Products purchased from the Website are delivered with high standard packaging.
XOR shall make every effort to satisfy the Client’s request.
However, once the Product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or amended.
11. LACK OF CONFORMITY
If a Product sold by XOR has manufacturing defects or in any case of alleged lack of conformity of Products sold by XOR, the Client must immediately contact Online Support by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to the following address:

12. ERRORS OR INACCURACIES
XOR- (Company: Billionaire Collections) undertakes to provide up to date information in the sections of the Website relating to the description and/or sale of the Products. However, Billionaire Collections cannot guarantee the Website will be error free. The Website in question may contain typing errors, inaccuracies or omissions, for example relating to the price or availability of the Product or in the information provided on the Product. Billionaire Collections reserves the right to correct such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, even after an order proposal has been sent, and also reserves the right to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
13. GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Billionaire Collections guarantees the authenticity of all Products purchased on the Website. Products bearing the Billionaire Collections trademark are produced with the best materials, are manufactured by artisans.
The “Billionaire Collections” trademark, together with the set of figurative and non-figurative trademarks, service marks, present in the Products, the relevant accessories and/or packaging, marks consisting of shapes of goods, that are subject to registration or otherwise, together with all the illustrations, images and places protected by copyright, and more generally all the intellectual property rights relating to the Products, are and remain the exclusive property of Billionaire Collections.
